Refund policy

We offer the option to return goods within 14 days, which means that from the receipt of the item you have 14 days to request a return.

To return the goods, they must be in the same condition as when you received them, meaning they must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we approve your return request, we will send you an email with instructions on how and where to send the package. Goods returned without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues

Please check your order upon receipt and if the goods are faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong items, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Some types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (e.g., cosmetics). We also do not accept hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item, please contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept prepaid goods or items purchased using gift vouchers.

Exchanges

If you want to ensure that you receive the desired item as quickly as possible, return the delivered goods and make a separate purchase for the new item after we have received the return.

14-Day Withdrawal Period in the European Union

Regardless of the above conditions, if the goods are delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without providing a reason. However, it still applies that your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, meaning they must be unworn or unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

As soon as we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will let you know and inform you whether we have approved the refund. If approved, the money will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card issuer to process and send the refund.
